Hello guys. I am new to 3d printing and I have a problem. First of all, I have the Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo and I use PLA+ and Ultimaker Cura 5.3.1 . The problem is that when the printing starts, the necessary amount of filament does not come out (figure 1), while before the preheating the filament comes out normally. Τhe same problem can occur during a correct printing (figure 2). Μoreover, I noticed that when I push the filament slightly with my hand, the print is a little better (figure 1 - in the center). Do you know what i should do to fix it? I haven't changed any settings (temperature, etc.).

Based on your description and the photos you provided, it seems like you may be experiencing an issue with the extrusion of your filament. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check the nozzle: Make sure your nozzle is not clogged. Filament debris or a partial blockage can prevent proper filament flow. If necessary, you can clean the nozzle using a small needle or by performing a cold pull or atomic pull technique.

  2. Verify extruder tension: Ensure that the tension on the extruder is appropriate. It should grip the filament firmly without deforming it too much. If it's too loose, the filament might slip or not be fed properly.

  3. Check the filament path: Examine the filament path from the spool to the extruder and make sure there are no obstructions or tangles that could impede filament movement.

  4. Adjust the extrusion multiplier: You can try adjusting the extrusion multiplier setting in your slicing software. Increasing this value by a small increment (5-10%) ...

Your idler tension looks like it might be too low if it is not putting enough force on the filament

The spring in it might be wearing out, but it is also possible that the filament is getting too much resistance in the nozzle, I would also try bumping the temp up a bit
