I have an Ender 3 Pro that I turned into a V2. With the spider all metal hotend. Stock extruder. First I was having issues with first layer adhesion. I got that fixed. Now i fixed it all. Leveled the bed, gauged the nozzle. It's at the correct height. about a papers width above the bed using z-offset. I'll attach some photos of the extrusion problem. Please help, I tried upping the flow rate and nothing. The printer did sit for about 3 months. I did a test cube with another filament I was having the same issue. Also how I found the first layer problem.

Based on the information provided, it seems like you are experiencing extrusion issues with your Ender 3 Pro V2 after it sat unused for a few months. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check the filament: Ensure that your filament is not tangled or kinked. Also, check if it is not brittle or degraded due to exposure to moisture.
-
Check the nozzle: Verify that the nozzle isn't clogged by performing a cold pull or atomic pull. This procedure involves heating the nozzle to the printing temperature and then pulling out the filament while it's still soft.
-
Verify extruder tension: Make sure that the extruder tension is properly adjusted. It should provide enough force to grip the filament without causing it to deform or slip.
-
Check for proper bed leveling: Double-check the bed leveling to ensure it's properly calibrated. Use a piece of paper or a feeler gauge to set the correct nozzle height above the bed.
-
Clean the hotend: It's possible that there might ...
