Hey,
I'm trying one more time after having no luck when asking about this everywhere.

I installed Marlin 2.1.2.1 on my Kingroon KP3S Pro recently and have been encountering issues with starting a print since. When I try to start a print from an SD card, the LCD glitches and freezes indefinitely, forcing me to switch the printer off and back on to get back to the main menu (video below).

When I connected the printer to my PC via Pronterface, I was able to see the following error being thrown several times when the above happens: Error:SD read error

I had never encountered any similar issues before upgrading from the printer's stock firmware to Marlin 2.1.2.1.

General Information:

What I have already tried:

  • Using a different SD card
  • Re-slicing the model with another slicer (Cura and SuperSlicer)

  4. Try flashing an earlier version of Marlin to see if the issue persists. It's possible that ther...
