As can be seen on the xyz cube, the over hangs in the letter are twisting out and into the shape. I'm not sure what it is, the Grey one is my current one with the problem. The white cube is done on an ender 3 from a number of years ago in comparison it is a lot better.

Related I think it might be a bridging problem. The quality of the first layer or two that was printed on a support is rather poor. The part that's suppose to be a circle ends up being a triangle.

I've tried lowering speeds on overhangs, adjust pressure advance, and extrusion multiple with no success.

Based on the information you provided, it seems like you are experiencing issues with overhangs and the quality of your prints on the first layer or two. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Cooling: Overhangs often benefit from improved cooling. Ensure that your cooling fan is working properly and try increasing its speed. You can also consider printing a separate cooling fan duct for better airflow.

  2. Support settings: If you are using support structures, make sure your support settings are properly configured. Adjust the support density, pattern, and angle to provide better support for overhanging areas.

  3. Temperature: Experiment with adjusting the extruder temperature slightly to find the optimal temperature for your filament. Some filaments may require higher or lower temperatures to improve overhang performance.

  4. Retraction: Incorrect retraction settings can sometimes contribute to poor overhangs and stringing. Try adjusting the retraction distance and ...
