Hey guys. Got any idea of what is causing the print defects in the infill. You can see visible gaps in it. I assume the problem at the front of the benchy is related to poor cooling. I've tried adjusting PA and disabling it, and it did nothing. I'm printing at 120 mm/s max at 3k acceleration

Based on the information you provided, it seems like the visible gaps in the infill of your print could be due to poor cooling. However, it's important to note that print defects can have various causes. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue with infill gaps:

  1. Check your cooling settings: Ensure that the cooling fan is properly functioning and positioned to cool the print effectively. Experiment with adjusting the fan speed and cooling settings during the print to see if it improves the situation.

  2. Reduce print speed: Printing at high speeds, such as 120 mm/s, can sometimes lead to poor quality prints. Try reducing the print speed to a slower, more manageable rate, and observe if it reduces the gaps in the infill.

  3. Optimize acceleration settings: A high acceleration value (3k) might cause sudden changes in movement, resulting in gaps in the infill. Consider reducing the acceleration to smooth out the printing process.

  4. Check your filament quality: I...

My printer is a seckit sk-tank, which is a custom corexy printer. All the fans are working correctly, i've tried reducing the printspeed, but the erros still acoured

#

I've also tried lowering the acceleration to 1k, which seemingly did nothing

This thing really sucks, as it renders my printer useless

I have calibrated the E-steps. They are 7.8, and haven't done a flow test yet. I will try that

#

Thank you kind sir

The flow test also came back as it should.

There weren't any massive deviation, that i was able to measure with a pair of calibers

The problem also shows up here, where the corners suck
