Hello to anyone who stumbles upon this help, the key aspects of the 3d printer itself
-BMG bowden drive
-ED3 v6 "volcano hotend"
-SKR 1.4 motherboard
-TMC 2209s

The problem lies withing the extrusion, wich at any given moment, it is heavily obstructed with no aparent reason, since the nozzle has been multiple times cleaned up, and the e-steps seems fine (althought 40 stp/mm seems odd, it seems to be correct/exact)

Based on the information you have provided, the obstruction in the extrusion could be due to a few reasons:

  1. Partial clogging: Even if you have cleaned the nozzle multiple times, there could still be some residue or debris remaining. Try manually removing the filament and using a small wire to clear any blockages in the hotend.

  2. Filament quality: Poor-quality or inconsistent filament can cause extrusion issues. Ensure you are using high-quality filament that is within the recommended specifications for your printer.

  3. PTFE tube: Check the PTFE tube that runs through the heat break. It might have become damaged or misaligned, causing the obstruction. Replace it if necessary.

  4. Bowden tube connection: Examine the connection between the Bowden tube and Bowden drive. Loose or ill-fitted connections can cause filament jams. Make sure the tube is tightly secured and properly seated in the drive.

  5. Temperature settings: Improper temperature settings can lead to extrusion proble...
