#Extruder skipping - cant think why

Hello ,i have an ender3pro with dual metal gear extruder upgrade and recentrly bought some new fillaments from the same company i was buying the last year. basically i only buy azurefilm fillaments..but i bought to try new colors pla , petg and abs.
So if the first big prints with glitter pla (12hours or more) i got almost in the first 30minutes extruder's gears slipping. the next print i left alone for some hour , it ended with missing layers ...
so i tried adjust the spring , but still didnt help. i tried manually press with my thumb the extruder arm , and i got as a result to make the motor skip. then i completely disassembled everything , cleaned it , grease it and assembly back it again.
i have new 0.4nozzle , new bowden tube. i inspected very carefully and cleaned everything , i have not have a leak there, nor its blocked..everything seem perfect.

gears seem fine at the moment and not worn.
it seems to me that too much tension builds inside bowden tube . cant go through from the nozzle so gears slip and scratch the fillament at that point. after some time scratching at the same exact spot i think that gears arent able to grab the fillament so thats why i have missing layers and failed prints.
Also i have done multiple time e-step calibration but never flow calibration..i dont think its the fillament issue - i tried already 3 different..i dont know why now i start facing all these problems..

Now i m printing with 80%flow and +20c(240c on PLA) at nozzle to flow better and i see positive results.

Any ideas what is going wrong and possible solutions??

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like your extruder is experiencing issues with gripping the filament properly, leading to slipping gears and missing layers. Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

  1. Check the tension on the extruder arm spring: Make sure the spring tension is properly adjusted. If it's too loose, the gears won't grip the filament, and if it's too tight, it may cause other issues. Experiment with adjusting the tension to find the right balance.

  2. Check the filament path: Ensure that the filament is properly inserted into the extruder and that there are no obstructions or knots causing it to get stuck. Check for any bends or kinks in the bowden tube that could create resistance.

  3. Calibrate your extrusion flow rate: Since you haven't done a flow calibration yet, it's recommended to perform one. This will ensure that the right amount of filament is being extruded. There are various guides available online that can help you with the process...
