This is a design I made for work, had to scale it down 5% because the slicer didn't like the size even though the printer is supposedly big enough, even in the settings of the slicer the dimensions were fine.

Anyway here's a couple of pics of the first few layers and this one about halfway through.

Will update with the finished print in the morning.

yeah you kinda need a margin of error

#

but you should be able to edit the slicer with true printer dimensions

I haven't hooked this thing up to my pc and calibrated anything yet, but I'll get 'er sorted either this week or this weekend if i can remember to bring my calipers home from work. It's weird to me that the slicer said nope as well, I mean it's taking my input from what the manufacturer says 225x225x265 but had me scale it down to like 214x214 or something. Should work fine regardless, this is designed so it doesn't have to be dimensionally accurate to be functional.

Probably the reason is because of the brim

#

It removed the brim from the max size you can print

#

Same.for rafts and skirts

#

Since those need space too

Pretty much flawless, on the bottom and top edge it looked like a layer had shifted, but unless layers can shrink on one axis it's probably something else because if this was injection molding I would call it a sink.

Yeah I've got another one with just one divider for slides and another like the above with 4-5 horizontal dividers for bolts and misc parts. We've got a steel table and I don't want to damage anything if it's preventable.
