Hi, so I am trying to print a TPU phone case ...but the walls on the side seem to not adhere nicely on eachother. Is it because they are curved or is some setting incorrect? The first layer is perfect!

It's possible that the issue you're experiencing with the walls not adhering nicely to each other is due to the curved shape of the case or some incorrect settings. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions:

  1. Check your printing temperature: TPU requires a lower printing temperature compared to other materials. Make sure you're using the recommended temperature for TPU filament. If the temperature is too high, it can cause the walls to deform and not stick properly.

  2. Slow down the print speed: TPU can be more challenging to print with due to its flexibility. Try reducing the print speed to give the material more time to bond properly.

  3. Increase the wall thickness: If the walls are too thin, they may not have enough material to adhere correctly. Increase the wall thickness in your slicer software to provide more material for bonding.

  4. Enable retraction: Retraction helps prevent stringing and can improve the overall print quality. Enable retraction in your slicer settings...

Aight, will try with a ticker nozzle and thicker wall width...maybe also shouldnt print it at 215 if recommended is 200-220?
