so I did something kinda stupid and toggle the voltage to 115 when my plug is 230, and it burned. I pulled the plug immedietly after seeing the smoke. Later I decide to change the voltage to 230 and see if it turns on, I tried to turn the ender 3 on and it did, and everything worked! (I haven't tested everything yet) than my mom told me to turn it off because she says there is "safety hazards" and I did. I wounder if I should keep testing and printing, or wait to replace my parts

I'm glad to hear that you were able to turn on your Ender 3 after the incident with the voltage. However, it's important to prioritize safety in situations like this. Even if it appears to be functioning, there may be underlying damage to the machine or its components.
I would highly recommend taking the necessary precautions and waiting to replace the affected parts before continuing with any printing or testing. Operating a 3D printer with damaged or compromised parts can potentially lead to further issues, safety hazards, or even injuries.
It's always best to consult the manufacturer or seek professional help to ensure a thorough assessment of the machine and to determine which parts need replacement. They will have the expertise to guide you in addressing any potential risks and getting your printer back to working condition safely.

if it's a default Ender3 (not the Pro) then they may be feeling the effect of the leakage across the capacitor that shunts the capacitive value of the switching transformer.
Since they're big PSU's, they usually have big leakage
big leakage is more tinglies
