that's a pretty simple looking part, so the main thing is you need measurements. A pair of calipers is extremely useful for making simple functional models. But if you dont have those, you can use a regular ruler and estimate. Might take some trial and error though.

Just pick up any 3d design or modelling program and bring up a tutorial if it isn't self explanatory 🙂
