Hi, im having trouble with my SV06 the bed came warped so after some research i ended up doing the silicone spacer mod and kapton tape to try and fine tune the level of the bed. the bed mesh data is

0 1 2 3 4
0 -0.006 +0.028 +0.039 +0.035 +0.041
1 -0.021 +0.005 +0.019 +0.036 +0.016
2 +0.026 +0.084 +0.051 +0.061 +0.030
3 +0.018 +0.001 +0.041 +0.050 +0.010
4 +0.064 +0.028 +0.005 +0.013 +0.023

I used pronterface and chillrain's online mesh visualizer. now after all this i printed the attached bed level test using Polymaker Polyterra PLA 200 nozzle 60 bed temp 80mm/s speed, every shape on the test apart from the bottom left circle suggests the z offset is too high, said circle though seems like the offset is too low. im at al loss at this point.

Based on the bed mesh data you provided, it seems like you have successfully adjusted the level of your bed using the silicone spacer mod and kapton tape. However, you mentioned that the bed level test print is showing inconsistent results.

In the case where some shapes on the test suggest that the Z-offset is too high, while the bottom left circle suggests the offset is too low, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Recheck your Z-offset: Make sure that you have set the correct Z-offset value. Sometimes, even a slight adjustment can make a difference. Double-check your printer's documentation or consult the manufacturer's support for guidance on setting the proper Z-offset for your specific printer.

  2. Confirm the stability of your print bed: Ensure that your print bed is securely fastened and not experiencing any vibrations or movement during the printing process. Even slight movement can affect the accuracy of the Z-offset.

  3. Inspect the leveling method: Revie...
