About 40% into this print, came to check on it and saw this. Organic supports from prusa slicer.

The support that is supposed to be in front seems to have gotten pulled around to the left somehow, knocking down the left support.

It also seems to be printing the entire design offset for the last several layers from the rest of the print, what could cause that? The print is still within the outline on the bed apart from the messed up supports, so I don't think the entire thing could have slipped.

AI Help

It appears that there may be a few issues with your print. Let's address them one by one:

  1. Misaligned supports: It seems that the support structure has shifted and caused a collision with the left support. This could be due to various factors such as insufficient adhesion between layers, incorrect support settings in the slicer, or improper leveling of the print bed. To fix this, ensure that your printer is properly calibrated and leveled, and double-check the support settings in your slicer software.

  2. Offset print layers: If the entire design is printing offset from the rest of the print, it could indicate an issue with the printer's mechanics or the model file itself. Verify that the model file is not corrupted and check the printer's belts, rods, and other mechanical components for any signs of damage or misalignment.

It's also worth mentioning that you may want to verify if your printer's firmware and slicer software are up to date, as these updates often include bug fixe...

Any other information I can provide to help get answers?

I did notice a little earlier that the printer made a clicking noise a few times, as it traveled from the far right side to the left, could that be related?

I am printing on a sovol SV06, inland PLA+
