Mega X print issue

For the past two prints my object has not gone well. Bit have failed at various heights and end up popping off the print plate. End result a huge mess.

The latest fail is this. A very simple print that has bad hair day. Two contact areas appear to be where the nozzle was stuck and the project failed.

Upon inspection of the nozzle it is extremely loose. I am able to raise and lower the height of the nozzle without any issues to not of.

My only mods to the Mega X is a magnetic print plate and stiffer springs for adjustment. I've had numerous successful prints with these items until now.

Suggestions ideas to why this is occurring?

does this mean that you can move the nozzle in the hot end?

or the entire x gantry can be moved easily?

Apologies the entire gantry is loose. I've tightened it down.
