My tube came out ig the nut got loose and the little plastic peice broke off so I can’t bring it down any other way of bringing it down?

You might be able to force it down with enough force, it will break the inner teeth. But not sure what will happen with the tube.

Unfortunately you will have to get a new ptfe and connector
