#Small resin drops after cleaning FEP

I bought my first resin printer last week and today was my first printing attempt. Obviously the first print was a failure and I had to clean the whole mess.
Since I don't have any experience with resin printers, I wanted to ask if its normal to have tiny drops left on the FEP after cleaning it. I just can't manage to get rid of them.
They are 1-2mm in diameter on average, but they are especially on the edges and the corners. I tried to cure the whole FEP multiple times, but they still stick to it
like tentacles from an octopus.

I could need some advice, thank you.

Yes, it is common to have tiny drops of resin left on the FEP after cleaning the resin vat. Here are some tips that may help you remove those stubborn drops:

  1. Use a clean microfiber cloth to wipe the FEP after cleaning. Make sure that the cloth is free from any dust or debris.

  2. Try using a silicone spatula or scraper to gently remove the drops from the edges of the FEP. Be careful not to scratch the FEP.

  3. Use a soft-bristled brush to scrub the FEP gently. This may help to loosen the drops and make them easier to remove.

  4. If the drops are still stubborn, try wiping the FEP with isopropyl alcohol. Make sure to use a high percentage (at least 90%) and avoid touching the FEP with your bare hands.

Remember to be patient and gentle when handling the FEP as it is a delicate part of the printer. Good luck with your prints!
