i‘m trying to fix this problem for a very long time but im out of Ideas. I hava ender 3 v2 neo with a v4.2.2 board and the display is the dacai version. I flashed a marlin example from the marlin github page (with some changes but without them i had the samr problem) and on the display i flashed the private file from ender 3 v2 and now my screen looks like that…
Any ideas?

AI Help
It's possible that there was a compatibility issue between the Marlin firmware and the DACAI version of the display. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
-
Check the wiring connections between the display and the board. Make sure they are properly seated and secure.
-
Try flashing the original firmware back onto the board and see if the display returns to normal. If it does, then you know the issue was with the firmware.
-
If the issue persists, try replacing the display with a different one to see if the problem is with the display itself.
-
If none of these steps work, you might want to consider reaching out to the manufacturer or a qualified technician for further assistance.

what do you mean with the same version?
Like the link I sent above, when you download it, it comes with the screen and mainboard firmware
sorry, bad wording
so there is no bin file i downloaded i had to create it by myself
mhhh its not like the complete firmware…
let me explain what i did
i went to the marlin webpage and downloaded the newest marlin firmware. then i went to the github of marlin and downloaded the config example folder. from the example folder i picked my printer (ender 3v2 neo) and drag and dropped the configuration.h and the other config file into the marlin firmware folder i downloaded bevor. then i picked my mainboard and my driver motors and builded it(didn‘t flash it yet). then i went back to the config example folder and got the private folder (to flash the dacai display) from the ender 3v2. putted that onto a sd cart with fat32 and 4k and putted it into the back of the screen. and then i removed it and flashed the firmware and that was the result i got…
huh? where'd you get the private folder?
