#filament snapping

One possible reason why you can't remove the filament from the nozzle could be a clog. When the filament snapped, there was likely a small piece left inside the nozzle, which has caused a blockage. To fix this, you could try heating the nozzle to a higher temperature than the one you were using to print, around 220-240°C, and then use pliers or tweezers to pull out the remaining filament. Alternatively, you could try running the "Cold Pull" method where you heat the nozzle to 90-100C, let it cool down to 60-70C and quickly pull out the filament. After this, you can re-load fresh filament and continue printing. It's also a good idea to check your filament spool to make sure it isn't tangled or damaged, as this can cause filament jams.
One solution is to take apart the block and burn out the material with a torch (or a lighter if you don't have anything else)
I had to do that once for a clog
Dw it doesn't harm the block if you let it cool gently
Did it on the nozzle too
If you don't have a torch, do your best to be careful and be patient
This may not be the best idea but you know the whole deodorant flamethrower thing? Could try that. I strongly suspect the velocity of the flame helps burn stuff away too
But again, be very very careful doing anything like that
