Im trying to print those objects in that exact orientation but everytime they reach a certain height it just falls over while the brim (15line count, 0mm distance) stays intact.

Can zhop help out or something else? its a really long print and cutting the piece in multiple parts is not an option since its actually part 1 of 4 already and i cant make it smaller :/

Layer Height: 0.24
Material: Silk PLA
Printer: Sovol SV06
Slicer: Cura

AI Help

It seems like you're experiencing layer shifting, which can cause your print to fall over. Here are a few things you can try to fix this issue:

  1. Make sure that your printer is on a stable surface, as vibrations can cause layer shifting.

  2. Check your printer's belts and make sure they are tight and not slipping.

  3. Adjust your print speed in Cura. Slowing down your print speed can help reduce layer shifting.

  4. Enable z-hop in your slicer settings. Z-hop will lift the print head slightly when it moves from one location to another, which can prevent collisions with previously printed layers.

  5. Reduce the temperature of your printer. Printing at a lower temperature can help reduce stringing and other issues that can contribute to layer shifting.

I hope these tips help you resolve the issue and complete your print successfully!

Also: Its on a stable surface and the bed is leveled.

Belts are tight

Print speed is low at 40mm and 50mm for infill

Reduce print speed too, to reduce the amount of wobble

#

At least as it gets higher

Slower Y acceleration can perhaps help instead of overall slower speed

I tried aligning the pieces better and did lay them diagonaly as @sick burrow suggested.
Also turned the speed a little bit down and enabled zhop
We'll see in 8 hours if it works! Thanks so far everyone :)
