I have had a lot of issues with my cr-10 v3 and became pretty good at fixing it. There is one issue that is puzzling me. I start a print and it works fine but midway through the print it stops extruding. I have replaced the nozzle and the PTFE tube inside of the extruder. I have confirmed that there is nothing blocking the path of the filament and the I have cleaned the extruder gear out. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

There are several things that could be causing this issue. One possible cause is that the filament is stripped, which means that the extruder gear is chewing a groove into the filament and can no longer push it through the nozzle.
Another possible cause is a clog in the hot end. Even though you have replaced the nozzle and the PTFE tube, there may still be some residual filament in the hot end that is causing a partial clog. You may want to try disassembling the hot end to thoroughly clean it.
Another thing to check is the temperature of the hot end. If the temperature is too low, the filament may not melt properly and won't extrude properly. Make sure that your hot end is reaching the correct temperature for the specific filament that you are using.
Finally, you may want to check your filament spool to see if it is tangled which can create resistance that stops the filament from extruding properly.
I hope this helps!
