I purchased a K1 and have had no problems at all until I went through the first spool of filament. After changing filament I noticed some prints would have yellowish, burnt looking dots and I believe my printer is now clogged with plastic burnt in the hot end. The new filament is being pushed to the hot end, the hot end is heating, but only an extremely small amount of plastic drips out. I believe I need to either take the hot end apart or replace it and I am unable to find any information whatsoever online, in the manual, or from creality themselves. I would greatly appreciate any advice and would be willing to pay someone to help me solve the problem

It sounds like you may need to unclog your hot end. Here are a few steps you can try:
- Heat your hot end to the recommended temperature for the filament you are using.
- Use a thin needle or piece of wire to try and push any clogs through the nozzle from the top. Be careful not to damage the nozzle.
- If the clog is too stubborn, you may need to remove the nozzle and clean it thoroughly. You can do this by heating the hot end, turning it off, and using pliers to unscrew the nozzle. Once it is removed, use a small drill bit or needle to clean out any clogs. Reassemble the nozzle and hot end, and try printing again.
- If you are still having trouble, you may need to replace the nozzle or hot end entirely.
If you are uncomfortable with any of these steps, it may be best to seek help from a professional or contact Creality for further assistance.

I have tried cleaning the hot end with a thin piece from my ended 3 and it does clear a channel but still doesn’t have the new filament able to come out. I have also tried clearing from the top down with the provided tool from the k1 and it also does not allow the hot end to clear completely
