AI Help

There could be several reasons why the Creality Ender 3 stops moving up randomly. One possible reason could be a loose connection or damaged cable. I recommend checking the wiring and make sure everything is securely connected. Another possible reason could be an issue with the Z-axis limit switch. Check if the switch is working properly by manually triggering it with a piece of metal. Lastly, it could also be a problem with the firmware. You can try updating the firmware to see if that resolves the issue. If none of these solutions help, it may be worth contacting the manufacturer or seeking assistance from a professional technician.
