#Stronghero 3D Filament Print Issues

I've been doing most of my prints with a clear "natural" 1.75 mm PLA. I'm able to print fairly well with this filament. However, when I switch to a different filament (stronghero 3D) it's like everything was changed, from what I've read, it seems the z offset is perhaps too far away? But it doens't make sense as I have no issues with the clear filament. Any advice would be great!

(bottom) clear Natural (doesn't seem to have an actual brand name) PLA 1.75 mm temp 215-230c.

Additional Details (applies to both filaments)
Slicer: Cura
Printer: Ender 3 Pro
Nozzle Temp: 230c (because incrementing through the temp for the Stronghero 3D, it wouldn't print until it go to the 230 mark, even though it suggests significantly less)
Bed Temp: 62c
Layer Height: 0.16mm
Print Speed: 45 mm/s

From the pictures, it looks like your printer is over-extruding with the Stronghero 3D filament. This could be due to several factors, such as a different melting point or a different composition of the PLA.

To troubleshoot this issue, I would suggest trying the following:

  • Check the manufacturer's recommended printing settings for the Stronghero 3D filament and adjust the temperature and speed accordingly.
  • Calibrate your extruder to ensure it is extruding the correct amount of filament.
  • Adjust the flow rate and retraction settings.
  • Try printing a calibration cube with the Stronghero 3D filament to see if there are any issues with the dimensions.
  • If none of these steps work, try a different brand or type of PLA filament to see if the issue persists.

Remember to make small changes when adjusting settings and to calibrate your printer before printing. Good luck!
