Hello, I've a Sidewinder X1 running Klipper and a Hemera Extruder. I've just changed to a .06mm nozzle, however, I'd like to try and calibrate my printer for good first layers and good adhesion cause before I switched the nozzle (from .04mm), I was having questionable at best, first layers. but now I get failures often. I've tried doing doing the Stress Free Calibrtion test and noticed that its pretty odd, Some parts stick, some parts are somewhat seperated, but most is if lifted. I dunno whats up, I know that there's a thing that the extrusion is not good enogh and can cause some lines to be above others but not sure what else.

It sounds like you might be experiencing some extrusion issues with your new nozzle. Here are a few things you can try to improve your first layer adhesion:
-
Make sure your bed is level: Use a calibration tool to ensure that your bed is level across all points. This is crucial for proper first layer adhesion.
-
Adjust your Z-offset: If your first layer is not adhering well to the bed, adjust your Z-offset to bring your nozzle closer to the bed. You can make small adjustments until you get the desired adhesion.
-
Adjust your flow rate: If your filament is not extruding enough, you may need to adjust your flow rate to increase the amount of filament being extruded. You should also ensure that you have the correct extrusion multiplier set in your slicer.
-
Try a different print surface: If you are using a print surface that is not optimized for your filament, you may experience adhesion issues. Try switching to a different surface and see if that improves your prints.

you sure you are on a ,06 nozzle? .04/.6 are more common
just to calrify you are using a .06 nozzle? still a very fine nozzle
.4 is the common one
.6mm
do you know if you have an all metal hotend? seems like a clog of some sorts, along with the layer shift issue
i dont know much on PETG, but looks like a clog on the main layer, new klipper setup or anything
Not really, no. And it happens with Black and Army Green (Which was wet) as well
my best guess is get a filament dryer, sorry i dont know more on this
thats alright attempt is appreciateds
