Why are my prints turning out like this?
Bed is level, e steps are set correctly, just installed a new nozzle.
Prints start out fine but then they start to underextrude Printed at 0.32mm with a 0.4mm nozzle (also tried different settings, with no luck)

There could be several reasons why your prints are under-extruding:

  1. Clogged nozzle: If a new nozzle was installed, it's possible that there is a blockage in the nozzle. Try using a nozzle cleaning tool to clear any potential debris or filament.

  2. Filament diameter: Double-check that your slicer software and printer settings are set correctly to your filament's diameter. Using an incorrect filament diameter can cause under-extrusion or over-extrusion.

  3. Print speed: Printing too fast can cause under-extrusion. Try slowing down the print speed to allow the printer to keep up with the filament flow.

  4. Temperature: Temperature can also affect the flow of filament. Try increasing the temperature slightly and see if the under-extrusion resolves.

  5. Extruder gear: The gear that feeds filament into the nozzle can wear down or become damaged over time. Inspect the extruder gear for any signs of wear and replace if necessary.

I hope this helps troubleshoot your printing issue!
