Ender 3, Marlin 1.1.2, superslicer
my printer used to home (with bl touch) in the middle of the bed, but after tweaking my printer so it saves z offset, my printer started leveling close to the outer edge of the bed to the right. first i thought that its just something messed up with the printer, but turns out tht when i tryto level bed or print anything, my printer is doing it 2.7 cm to far to the right, and even rams into other side of the x axis (the one without endstop) and makes the clicking sound so i have to shut down my printer
i tried to set offsets in superslicer, and even writing custom g,code to fix it and none of it worked

It sounds like your printer is not properly calibrated.

To fix this issue, you may need to recheck your printer settings and re-level your bed. Also, ensure that your bed size is correctly set in your printer firmware.

If you have recently made changes to your printer firmware or settings, it is possible that there are errors in the configuration that cause the printer to move beyond the bed limits. Double check all the configurations and settings, especially the setting for the bed size and Z-offset.

Also, check if there are any mechanical errors or obstructions on your printer that could cause it to move too far to the right or hit the side of the X-axis.

If the issue persists, try posting your problem on a 3D printing forum, such as r/ender3 or r/3Dprinting, providing more details and sharing images, so that other experienced 3D printing enthusiasts can help you better.
