#Preventing warping on tip of lines?

I'm having an issue with this one print. The tip of this line (bottom line, bottom of the picture) keep coming off and warping upwards.

My bed is level and wiped the PEI sheet with isoprophyl but still warps. The rest of the print is fine, same with the other line. I also noticed that once the printer is done laying down this line, it isn't a straight line, it buldges out more as if an extra bit of material is extruded before it hops to the next layer.

It looks like you may be experiencing issues with adhesion. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Clean the print surface: Wipe down the print surface with isopropyl alcohol or a similar cleaner to ensure that there is no residue preventing adhesion.

  2. Adjust the bed temperature: If the bed temperature is not high enough, it may not provide enough adhesion for your print. Try raising the bed temperature by a few degrees.

  3. Check your first layer settings: Make sure your nozzle is close enough to the print bed on the first layer. Adjusting the Z-offset and/or the first layer speed can help with this.

  4. Use a raft or brim: If you're still having trouble, consider using a raft or brim to help with adhesion.

Also, the bulging could be caused by a few things. Check to make sure the bed is level across the entire print surface. Consider reducing your flow rate or increasing the cooling fan speed to help prevent excess material from being extruded. If none of these suggestions work...

check your retraction settings. do you have the fan on for the first layer? that could cause this problem. If you have linear advance set up, you can also tune that to help stop the bulging
