#filament sensor by pass?

It depends on the type of filament sensor you have. In general, you can temporarily bypass the filament sensor by unplugging it from the control board and shorting the two wires that connect to it. This creates a closed circuit, fooling the printer into thinking that filament is present. However, please note that this is not a long-term solution and you should not leave your printer unattended while using it in this state as it can lead to filament jams and other issues. Also, make sure to reconnect the sensor once you receive the new one.

Get or set filament runout status and distance. Omit all parameters to get a report of the current stats. Enable or disable filament runout detection with S and set distance with D. When filament sensors are enabled, Marlin will respond to a filament runout by running the configured G-code (usually M600 Filament Change). When filament runout det...
Typically 3 wire sensors/ endstops only have 3 wires when there's and indicator LED (that needs power) is involved The signal needs only 2 . Best guess would be in your case, the black and yellow wires . To be sure more details/specs of your actual sensor need to be known.
