ive been having a problem with a new printer i have, an OG cr-10, and the problem is basically that the heating block heats up to the temp of around 200 as ive set it, however, if i turn the fan that cools the heatsink on, it drops to around 110, and it drops even more so with the part cooling fan. I think its the insulation of the heating block, but im not sure

It sounds like there could be a few possible causes for the temperature drop when the fans are turned on. The first thing to check would be whether the fans are blowing directly on the heating block, as this could cause the block to cool down too quickly.
If the fans are not positioned correctly, you could try adjusting them to blow on the heatsink only, not the heating block. You could also try insulating the heating block with high-temperature tape or silicone covers to prevent heat loss.
Another possible cause could be a problem with the thermistor, which measures the temperature of the heating block. If the thermistor is faulty or if there is a loose connection, it could be causing the temperature readings to be inaccurate.
I would recommend checking all of these possible causes to determine the root of the temperature loss issue you are experiencing.
