My most catastrophic failure since I began 3D printing

It was supposed to be this

It's a tray to put my tablet under a monitor stand

Here's the file, I ought to upload my models to Printables but been too lazy

I guess it wouldn't fit on the board lying down, even part by part diagonally?

It does fit lying down, but I choose to print it that way to avoid using supports

Maybe I should do a fillet/chamfer instead of that 90 degree corner

In hindsight that's the better approach

I didn't, but that also was not the first time I printed it

The first time it printed fine, and I used it until I broke by accident

But second time I guess the bed wasn't level enough or the nozzle was a little too low

I revised the model to print flat without supports, hoping that comes out fine

Update: it came out fine, but with quite a bit of warping, meaning the bed unleveled itself from when I last used it

Leveled bed and other prints now stick fine
