This has happened 5 times now and I’ve tried this on 2 different 3d printers and I think it might be the stl file, my printers are set to 210C and are printing at 60/s, but every single time on the same file around 30% it does this

I cannot see the image you have referenced. However, based on your description, it sounds like your 3D printed object is failing or warping around 30% completion. This issue is commonly associated with poor adhesion between the printer bed and the object you are printing. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Leveling your printer bed: This helps ensure that your print will stick evenly to the bed.

  2. Check your printing temperature: If your temperature is too high, the material may be shrinking and warping as it cools, causing the print to fail.

  3. Use a different filament: Sometimes filament from different manufacturers, or even different colors from the same company, can require different printing settings.

  4. Apply an adhesive: To improve adhesion, you can try applying a solution, such as hairspray, to your print bed.

  5. Modify the design: If these steps do not work, you may want to modify the design or print it in different sections to addre...

You have fairly high extruder tension and with a lot of retractions it can chew through the filament causing a failure

is there a way to release it a bit because ive never had this problem and im getting it on new prtinters too

Depending on the time it was manufactured, Ender 3 might have tension adjustment screw on the extruder, dunno about Anycubic
