Kinda looks like a partial clog. Might benefit from moving to a 0.6mm nozzle.

ensure that the part cooling fan and duct are still in working order

and also make sure that the CF did not eat up your nozzle

Thanks so much @runic vector ! I took your advice, switched to a .6mm hardened steel nozzle and reprinted. It turned out great!
