3D Benchy, 140mm/s, 5000mm/s accel. Marlin Input Shaping, LinearAdvance, Stock Ender 3 Pro
linear advance on stock board?
@woeful echo yes, fixed since 2.1.0 or 2.1.1 AFAIR
@strong cobalt how long did the print take?
thats a very respectable benchy
oh cool
Yes
Due to Linear advance about 1hr
LA should not have that effect
The stock bowden extruder can only handle a factor of 0.8, it accelerates to slow to reach the speed all the time
I see
You should be able to go much faster
You have a guide on the marlin input shap and linear advance?
input shaping: Print input shaper sample, measure distance in ripples, set frequency
but also see https://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M593.html
thank you
with bowden ?
well 0,8 is one line for me, the other lines look wonky in the calibration print
i got a 32 min benchy on my direct drive setup with a much bigger bed than yours
or do you mean mm/s speed not LA
LA shouldnt affect print speed that much
the 0.8 factor is pretty high
if i turn LA off it gooess brr fast ๐
i would try to do the 32 min benchy again but i cant cuz i dont have my blower
oh yeah
you should look into converting it to direct drive
yeah but the problem is my CR touch is in the way all the time
140p cant see much sorry ๐
im about to print this this doesnt get int to stock cr touch holder way
alr
think this is good?
it goes behind the x rollers
yep it should work
well doesnt matter ill cut it from the hotend as long as i need it ๐
this is with LA on, https://streamable.com/a3y4ox
icic
0.8 is like printing 30mm/s ๐
i think i gonna print it like this
2 hrs ๐
how did you achieve a 32min benchy?
well i did it with no lin adv
but i just cranked the speeds up and letterip
aight
