Okay i made the ticket with all the info and then we got the robot mail it says we have to wait 1-3 buisness days for the answer

And you reply to that robot email with the full name and shipping address. So that when someone from our support team reads your ticket, they don't have to ask you to do so, and you wait even longer for a resolution. 🙂

Im sorry this is kinda a stupid question but i didnt type the wrong shipping address or full name all i did was type the mail with .com instead og .dk

Irrelevant. We need the information to show you are who you claim to be.

Anyone can claim they're you with just the order number and maybe an email. We ask for all this information to be able to make changes from a security standpoint.
