Hey everyone,
I purchased a wooting 60he v2 last week (5 days ago) and selected Expedited shipping. About a day after I placed my order I received an email saying it was shipped but since then my tracking number has been stuck on “UPS has not received the package yet” I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how long did it take for wooting to drop off your package/ for the tracking progress to update?
This is mildy frustrating considered I’m already buying an overpriced product and paying for quicker shipping, yet it seems wooing has pushed my order under the rug. I’ve tried contacting wooting support but they only seem to respond by email and I have not heard back from them as supposedly it takes up to 7 days for a response.
How/ when can I expect to get a refund on my order if it does not ship and will I get a refund on my “expedited shipping” cost because this is ridiculous.
