Dear Wooting-Team,
my delivery got send back to you guys arrived last Tuesday 07.04. i tried to reach out several times to the support but dont get any awnser. It has been 7 days now. I'm a bit frustrated because in total it has been around 14 days now. Read all the info on the website but nothing helped. Thats why im posting it here because idk what else to do.

Sorry to hear you haven't heard back. I dont kow at what time you sent your message (you said the delivery returned on the 7th), but it can take a few days (not including weekends etc,) to get a reply, especially when somethng like a return as it involves other parties/locations etc.

Thanks @tranquil valley for you quick awnser. Ordered it on March 30. So one support ticket at Apr 2, 2026 after i figured out there is an issue with the adress. I hoped to reach someone befor sendig it out but noone read the message. Had a call with DHL if they can change the location but it was not possible. Another one at April 09th since the delivery got back and today. And since im from germany i expected people to not work on weekends so all good there but it does not really light up wootings customer experience or service. Im sure people there are working hard maybe the leaders should rethink their workflows. ♥ much love anyway too all of you

the messages you sent, were they all in the email chain or every time new ones? cause that slows down the process too
