Disconnection Issue

Been using my Wooting for almost a year until today it is showing strange disconnection issues.
I noticed that the backlight of the keyboard will slowly disappear until the keyboard disconnects from PC (You can hear from the windows sound when something disconnects)
I've done troubleshooting steps like testing it with another PC. Testing it will 3 different laptops. Issue is still the same.

Someone can help?

Loose internal JST cable most likely. Check this article https://help.wooting.io/article/333-my-80he-flashes-or-disconnects-when-i-type

I have tried this earlier. There was definitely a lose cable inside. I don't know why but let's see if the disconnection will still continue.

Sometimes, when the disconnection happen, reconnecting the device will make it work again but sometimes it takes a full restart of my PC

Make sure both ends of the internal cable are fully plugged and the keyboard should no longer disconnect.

Noted on that. But why would it disconnect by itself though?
