I dont know if this is normal for wooting but I orders a keyboard and case and when the undamaged/not tampered with box arrived it only had the case in it. No keyboard. I have made contact with customer support and showed images and described my situation and they want me to file a police report. I feel like this is crazy that they can't just give me a refund or send me the keyboard. And I dont want to buy another $200 keyboard while I wait for some "investigation" to take place. What should I do and is this normal?

i dont think you have to wait for an investigation really? most of the time parcel carriers are the ones requiring police reports so they reimburse us for the lost product.

the problem is i am 100 percent certain the box was no opened after it shipped the single strip of packing tape is all that's on the box it was not opened and resealed as someone who ships and receives packages as part of my job i would be able to tell so i dont know why there has to be a police report its obviously a error at the shipping warehouse
