have you tried using the beta or rolling back to a stable firmware?
also as Mansen already mentioned, this isn't customer support, this is community support, no one is forced to help you here. and I feel like you get the customer support wrong, they don't take your board and send you a replacement, they usually help you troubleshooting first and help you find out what the exact issue is, and if needed replace the broken part.
