Doesn’t connect to the app or anything tho

Help isn’t there… it has nothing on app unless my keyboard connects I can’t see a help button to click and going to support and messaging them I haven’t heard back for 2 weeks now hence why I’m here
Never mind there’s a reset on the pcb and touching the 2 pins made it work

Yeah and nothin works on app unless my keyboards connected had this issue since owning the keyboard and yes the pins on the back of the pcb when you take it out of the case

Yes...and we don't have a magical reset to factory set of pins you can short. That's what I'm saying.
