Dead on Arrival

Hello, I need some help with my Wooting keyboard.

I am using a Wooting 80HE – TenZ Edition.

The keyboard worked normally when I first plugged it in, but after about 5 minutes it suddenly disconnected and became completely unresponsive. It has not worked since.

There are no LEDs, no Windows detection, and no connection sound at all.

I have already tried different USB ports, cables, another power source, and bootloader recovery (holding ESC while plugging in), but nothing works.

It became unusable only a few minutes after unboxing, which is quite disappointing.

I have also contacted support and am currently waiting for a reply.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows a possible fix?
