Hey everyone, I need some advice regarding my 80HE order. I paid for international shipping at checkout on the Wooting Hub, but FedEx is now charging me for both taxes and shipping again.
FedEx shared the invoice they received from Wooting, and for some reason, that version doesn't list the shipping cost—only the board. However, the invoice I downloaded directly from my Wooting Hub clearly shows the shipping was paid.
Has anyone dealt with this before?
Should I pay FedEx to get my package and ask Wooting for a refund later?

So about that. Checkout specifically warned you that you did not pay import duties or taxes during checkout. An automated email was also sent regarding this.
FedEx is asking for the money, that you have to pay your country for importing the products. Can't get around that. 🙂

Yes i Will pay taxes but they are charging shipping on top of that

We have no control over the fees a courier asks for handling the import process unfortunately.

Just for feedback you should use DHL they don't charge aditional fees like that in Ecuador 😬👍
