Shipping inquiry for Wooting 80HE – Alternative to DPD for Hungary

Dear Wooting Support Team,

I am planning to purchase a Wooting 80HE along with several accessories (as seen in my current cart). I am very excited about your product, but I have a major concern regarding the shipping method to Hungary.

Currently, I see that you use DPD for deliveries to my country. Unfortunately, I have had extremely poor experiences with DPD Hungary in the past, including delayed shipments and lost packages. Given the value of this order, I am very uncomfortable with using their services.

Would it be possible to ship my order via DHL Express instead?

I am more than happy to cover the additional shipping costs associated with DHL Express to ensure a safe and reliable delivery. This purchase is very important to me, but based on my previous experiences, DPD is simply not a viable option.

I would truly appreciate it if we could find a solution for this. Please let me know if this request is feasible and how we can proceed with the payment for the upgraded shipping.
