this made it detect my keyboard then it started disconnecting and reconnecting my keyboard rapidly so I was not able to complete this step @frigid canyon

I am not seeing Wooting Restore as an option and whenever it does decide to work after restoring firmware it turns off/disables after 30 seconds of using it @frigid canyon

I am consistently getting the top and bottom right buttons to light up after holding them while plugging it in but it is inconsistently updating the firmware @inland sun

I have never seen Wooting Restore in settings/other devices

Maybe the JST cable to USB-C daughterboard might've become loose during transport, have you tried checking that cable?

I don't have this screwdriver I'm just gonna return it
