Absolutely devastated, but my Wooting Two V1 from back in the kickstarter days has finally had its first significant problem, my numpad 1 key doesn't work anymore. This was after i took the case apart to spray everything out with some canned air, but it's been threatening to give out for awhile before that. I can see in analog mode the keyboard seems to think the key is being held down, and the problem persists after putting a different switch in the same slot. is there any hope of fixing this, or is it time for a new kb? I could in theory solder a new sensor in but i'm not sure what part i'd need or what specifically is wrong. am I cooked?

Looks like the sensor might've died. Have you tried looking for any physical damage? (corrosion, loose parts, etc.)
on the wooting two (not HE) and wooting one you can check emitters with a phone camera in a dark room. they give off a faint purple light if the emitter is working. the sensor next to the emitter cant be tested as easily sadly. for that you have to follow xaizones runbook
I can't see any physical damage, here's my phone camera looking at the nonfunctioning 1 key next to the working 2 key. I don't see any visible damage on the board, and I can't really see anything from either emitter (though I'll have to wait for it to get dark so i can look when the room is dark)
another thing of note, I have my top row of F1-F12 setup as an indicator for key depth, and it's staying maybe 95% full unless I push the broken 1 key all the way in, where it fully illuminates the last key
with dark i meant also no keyboard RGB but thats my bad for not clarifying
id also love a picture of the pcb area under the affected keys without rgb but brightly lit with a lamp or such (white light)
given it still reacts to it being pressed in fully you dont need to check the emitter in a dark room
so given the video and description in the first post my best guess is still corrosion or some sort of sensor malfunction
also one thing i forgot to ask is when you said "in analog mode" do you mean the abalog monitor tool? or the aoe effect?
the keyboard lighting effect. to be honest i completely forgot there was an analog monitor in software
getting this when pressing nothing
i'll get that picture soon
