and i already reached out to the wooting support. hopes somebody helps me there
i did aswell on monday still no response, check the other thread "wooting80he orderdelay" same issue for more people, i wish we would get an update from some officials whatever happens/happened cuz i dont think this is normal anymore. i tried to contact dhl and dhl said they cant share any details with me and i should contact the seller(wooting).
usually im a very patient guy if i get infos what happens, if they tell me something went wrong and i have to wait a few more days/weeks im completely fine but if i stay in the dark and i dont know whats happening and i see other people with similar issues im starting to get frustrated, i mean, no offense, but we still are customers who pay money for this.

From Germany here since 20.01 nothing happens, i contact the Support they told me it’s shipped and on the way to me. I called DHL and they told me they didn’t picked up the package. Wooting support told me then they think it’s lost they offered me a refund or send me a new package.

I openend a ticket on monday no response..
It says 2-7 days + i also contact DHL and they say the label is created but nothing happened since then

I have the same problem, since tuesday "electronically announced". I messaged the support last week and got the response: that it may be a scan error and I should confirm my shipping address, while they are working towards resolving the problem.
Also seems like an only Germany problem as I see in the Discord?

The auto-reply tells you that it can take X-Y amount of business days for a reply
It's unfortunate to see that your shipment's tracking seems to be stuck on label created.
You may be experiencing what is called a No First Scan error, which occurs either when there is a problem with how the shipping label was created, or if the parcel carrier fails to scan the shipment when it gets picked up.
In the meantime, can you please confirm your full shipping address for me?

So a friend of mine just ordered his 3 days ago and already got his keyboard, i ordered mine 17 Days ago and got not a single information, he lives in Bayern, i live 1 hour away from the netherland, this is just not real

Well it still takes up to 7 buisness days, and considerimg the current release of the Tenz 80HE and a month earlier the 60he V2 it does make sense that they are not as fast as you would wish
A colleague from Austria ordered a Wooting a year ago and also had to wait two weeks, but at least he received support.
yeah don't do that that can't be the optimal move, just let them know via email whats going on, and they will ask if they should either send you a new one, or refund

the annoying thing is, dhl wont give u information, i talked with the cumstomer support and they claimed that they didnt recieve a package and only the lable got bought, but the wooting website says its on its way for me

yeah that means its most probably in a massive dhl warehouse waiting to be scanned
so they have the package but they dont even know that they have it

Yea for me it got electronically announced at 18:17 on 29.01, then DHL said it arrived at their first center in Rheinberg (near netherlands), germany - to be sent to my region next at 12:36, on 30.01 (following day)
I have now received it at 12:30 on 31st.
There really shouldn't be a huge gap between the electronic announcement and DHL actually grabbing the packages.
Which Wooting did you order?
Wooting 60HEv2. I ordered on the 9th of January (it said it'll ship mid april, but luckily i am now already typing to you through it)

I personally feel like this is a fulfillment center issue.
DHL will scan the package automatically as it runs through scanners in their center and add that to the path shown. Feel like there is a container of packages missing either in the fulfillment center or on the way from there to the first delivery hub.
It says on the way on wooting as soon as they create /buy the label.

Let me put it this way, I also had to wait two months for a refund, but at least I received more detailed information about what was going to happen.
I am also a very patient guy, it would be no problem for me to wait even 3-4 months, but when there are multiple people having this issue and they let us wait is kinda sad, I bought it because I have no keyboard, I waited so long now for nothing, I just bought a different keyboard so I can do something while I wait
If it never arrives they need to give you your moeny back, it's not a scam, it's an actual company after all :)

And once it's been thoroughly investigated, it is either found or replaced
I order keyboard on Nov 24, 2025 and have confirm ship adders on Dec 10, 2025, but until Jan 10, 2026 I still have not receive the keyboard.
I need to open support ticket myself and support staff tell me to order was returned to they warehouse.
Support staff help me to deliver again and until today I still cannot receive keyboard.
I still need to find support again to find out issue.
DHL website only show 'EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING' !

I also lost my package 📦 during the delivery process. Thankfully, I had the courier’s phone number, so I was able to call him and locate it. The company that had my package would never have given it back to me if I hadn’t called him. They kept telling me for two weeks that they didn’t have it, and the private delivery company (Colisprive) declared it as « lost » and was about to « return the product ». lol

I guess we can just wait for a couple more days or even weeks to get our keyboard. Because if the expected delivery date was January 19-24 and it's now February 3, my patience and trust are slowly running out.
The unfortunate thing is, if your package has been lost/stolen/x, a whole investigation needs to start with several companies involved. These need to wait on each other fo inforrmation before moving to the next step etc. Res assured, when there's news and updates that can be provided to you specific order/situation, then our CS team will notify you and what the appropiate next step will be
I understand the frustration of your order being lost and youre just sitting there waiting for your expensive item.
But we won't leave you hanging, even if it takes a bit of time

No it will just get put into the back of the queue. Im sure one of my colleagues has your email assigned to them and is getting to it. They might be doing some digging first to see whats going on before replying
so guys i got a wooting 60he (the oldest version) and iam very happy with it, but i wanted smt new thats why i ordered the wooting 80he and some more stuff, this is the first time that i ever heared from wooting that there is an shippment problem. Please be respetcful with the wooting team and wooting got a better support than the rest of the market.

Always be optimistic fr, besides, the fact that DHL or Wooting (unsure 100% who it was) messed up with the packages doesn't mean they'll mess up again and the estimated delivery times will prolly be accurate 😭

So I got a update today, after waiting since 27.01 for an ticket answer they instantly offered me a replacement or a refund because they knew what the problem was, I asked for a replacement, we’ll see when I get a new update

I assume you get assigned to a random person on creation of the email/ticket, and depending on how fast that person works and how many emails they already have determines the speed of the response 😭
I've seen a lot of ticket systems in my career, what you're describing has never been the case in any of them

So guys did you find any solution to this Problem. I was just reading about it. And I have the same Problem as everyone else, I also live in Germany and ordered on 29th of January and it also says that it is shipped but on DHL just says digital label created.
The "solution" is to wait for the courier to scan in the package, and if it exceeds our stated timeframes, reach out to support for further investigation. 🙂

I ordered on the 16th of january and waited till the 27th until i created a ticket because it was stuck on label created, i then waited till today for an answer and they responded with an replacement or either an refund. So if you ordered on the 29th i recommend to open an ticket of the label was created 3 days ago
Made a ticket, they were preparing a replacement and it conveniently shipped, so now I have to make a ticket to cancel the replacement 😭

To sum it up, they said they'll create a new replacement shipment and ship it to me in the next few days
so yeah, you'll prolly get an email soon, but I guess they might've solved the problem with the old DHL packages since mine finally went through :p

Let me put it this way: I placed my order on Saturday, January 17, and on Wednesday, January 21, I received a notification from DHL. I waited five days and then wrote to customer support, and the only contact I had (apart from Discord) was with the automated email :)

They offered me a replacement, I answered them and they send me an answer the next morning so when u get an email it will prob be very fast

before wooting i had a steelseries apex pro, which is still a pretty decent keyboard
