Did you get an automatic reply after submitting the ticket?
Yes. But I haven’t received any follow up since then.
How long has that been now?
A little over a week
Give them a few more days, and if nothing comes along you could reply to that email once to make sure

It’s crazy they don’t prioritize correcting their own mistakes
Investigating shipping issues like these is unfortunately not a simple matter. Lot of people Bert to get involved across companies and documentation has to be shared around.
We're working hard to get to the bottom and replace anything not correctly shipped.
There’s zero communication that it’s even being reviewed. We are only getting an auto reply.
And some tickets are more difficult to provide a meaningful response for. Almost all tickets are processed within the 2-7 business days we mention in the first auto-response.
We currently have 9 tickets in total across the system that haven't been manually responded to in over 7 days.
I recieved a response this morning probing for more information.

No response after sending additional information. They asked for the same type of photos I submitted originally in the first ticket. Anything on your end?
Their operations center is conducting an investigation and they requested for me to submit a police report. No ETA on how long this usually takes or any insight on if i'd be reciving a refund or a replacement. I don't expect to get either any time soon at this point.
Wow, that’s excessive. What a terrible experience. They take about a week to respond to each email too.
