Keyboard has been returned and received by Wooting on 29th December and still no response or refund on their end or response to my support ticket

Any idea what I can do in this situation?

It has been 10 working days so far.

Respond back to the ticket and ask for an update. We're still catching up on a lot of things, in particular anything related to the warehouses due to the end of year interruptions.
