#Wooting 80HE/Wootility on OpenBSD?

I would like to buy a Wooting 80HE for use, exclusively, on my OpenBSD desktop. Does anyone have any experience with Wooting keyboards and/or Wootility on OpenBSD?
I do use Firefox as my main browser although Chromium/Ungoogled-Chromium are available on OpenBSD. My concern is that I'm not sure if I will be able to use Wootility via Chromium/Ungoogled-Chromium on OpenBSD. Please note that I'm not a keyboard enthusiast, I'm a competitive gamer. Any help will be appreciated.
Just a couple more comments:

  1. I'm a bit disappointed that Firefox isn't supported by Wootility, especially as Wooting is one of the smaller keyboard manufacturers.
  2. I'm also a bit disappointed/surprised that Wootility isn't open source, or at least source available. Not everyone uses Windows/Mac/Linux.
Anyway, it is what it is for now.

so:

  1. go complain to mozilla they have refused to implement WebHID/WebUSB due to security concerns (same as apple did for webkit)

  2. wootility is just chromium (via electron) running the same website locally

#

there is a project for firefox to add webhid via an addon and local server that basically replicates the functionality but use at your own risk ofc.

Note that I'm not a firefox fanboy

also for if it will work: it should as long as you can run anything chromium based

#

might need to check if whatever user youre logged into is allowing software (or generally has perms) to access raw usb stuff (in normal linux this is done via udev rules)

delicate sleet

you can as long as its not permanently modified

#

you can even take it apart during the 30days and reassemble it if you want
