We do not recommend buying two kits for the blank look - we recommend finding a different set altogether, and only offer the "buy two kits" as an alternative for those insisting.

And yes - We would have to do additional molds. Can't just run a partial production with the same mould a second time for just those three keycaps.

I'll check with the product development team to be sure. But does read like we're doing split Optimum at some point and... I guess the lettered dyesub ones as well? (aka. not the wavy take control set)

IDK - I saw it there when I was re-reading the FAQ a week or so ago, but I don’t remember it being there when I read that page the first time

@mystic iris @languid dome Interestingly enough I just ordered the split ansi pcb & manually added the optimum keycaps. They are supposed to be in stock but it says shipping will by in march since they‘re in pre-production

kind of annoying I‘d have to way for the entire board for that long, but does this mean they’re waiting for the new spacebar keys?

I know as much as you I'm afraid. From what I can tell they're out of stock in our EU warehouse, and expect to be restocked by late February.
